Christy M. Johnson is a North Carolina certified paralegal with more than 15 years of related experience in real estate and affordable housing and community development matters. Christy and Susan have worked together for the past 12 years. Christy's experience includes assisting with the closings of multiple real estate transactions, financings and other transactions on behalf of clients, including Housing Authorities and their affiliates and instrumentalities, non-profit organizations, developers, and lending institutions.
