Employment Law & Non-Competes

Employment law issues handled by the firm include discrimination (age, race, sex, religion, national origin, disability); breach of contract; contracts not to compete; sexual harassment; wage and hour claims; and wrongful discharge. Our lawyers provide advice to our clients on various federal laws which have an impact on their business including the FMLA and OSHA. Our lawyers litigate in administrative settings for employers charged with violations of a number of federal and state statutes and regulations and have experience in negotiating with regulators on behalf of employers.
