Recent transactions and closings also include multiple sources of financing, including HUD loans, HOME and CDBG funding, and other public and private sources of financing for multi-family and first-time home buyer community housing projects.
Ms. Ellinger and Mr. Carr advise and assist their clients with multi-million dollar bond financings, including health care facilities.
In addition, Ms. Ellinger has represented the City of Raleigh in its community development lending program for many years and the firm’s lawyers continue to serve the City in these matters and other affordable housing and community development projects.
